(ISO) and U.S. Government Standards. The basic service does not include

SciCentral -- A
well-organized site offering access to all types of engineering resources.
Includes a search engine.
Science Accelerator
-- Searches R&D results, project descriptions, accomplishments, and more,
via resources made available by the Office of Scientific and Technical
Information (OSTI), U.S. Department of Energy.
Science: Engineering
(Yahoo) -- A well-organized place to browse, Yahoo relies on Internet sites
voluntarily listing themselves with their service, though they also seek out
sites on their own. Some (but not all) resources are annotated.
