The following databases and paper indexing and abstracting publications may be used to locate articles relevant to interior design in journals, magazines, conference proceedings, books, and other sources. Current Contents.
This multidisciplinary, current awareness resource provides indexing and tables
of contents to over 6,000 journals covering a broad range of disciplines.
Dissertation
Abstracts International
A database that provides a subject, title, and author guide to over 1.2
million doctoral dissertations and masters theses written since 1861.
EBSCOhost
This resource includes includes multiple databases covering a broad array of
disciplines and topics. Subject, keyword, and author indexing is provided along
with the full-text and graphics of many articles. Also offers a
full-text image search.
Provides electronic full-text/image access to the back issues of more than 300 scholarly journals in many fields.
Lexis-Nexis Academic.
Provides online access to full-text and bibliographic information from
newspapers, news and business magazines, newsletters, wire services, broadcast
transcripts, and biographical sources.
This resource provides access to several different bibliographic and full-text databases covering a wide variety of disciplines and topics, including the humanities, international studies, law, multiculturalism and the social sciences.
Provides full-text/image access to articles from more than 150 scholarly
journals in the humanities, social sciences and mathematics from Johns Hopkins
University Press.

Covers literature of European art from late antiquity to the present and
American art from European discoveries to the present. Includes topics such as
interiors, interior decoration, textiles and illustration.
World Textile Abstracts. 1969-2000
(Abstracts & Indexes 677.05 W893)
Provides international comprehensive coverage of textile literature. It is the
only source of British, European and American patent information in its field.
