Success in administrative work calls for ability to plan, organize and direct the efforts of others to the best advantage in a common cause. To represent achievement in this field the Jackrabbit presents a member of the class of 1909, whose success in directing the forces in industry supplements his athletic and electrical engineering success at State college. It was he, Charles F. [L.] Coughlin, who in 1929 presented State college with her most stately and picturesque structure, the Campanile.

İBlue Ball¨ Note: Mr. Coughlin's middle initial was erroneously indicated as "F" in this 1934 Jackrabbit tribute. Charles L. Coughlin was his name.
