Information about Interlibrary Loan Services
Interlibrary Loan Services obtains materials not owned by Briggs Library for SDSU affiliated individuals, i.e., current faculty, staff, and students. Books and photocopies of articles are obtained from other libraries, document supply services, and electronic full-text services. Whenever possible material is obtained at no cost to the individual. However, when this is not possible an agreed-upon charge will be assessed.

Submitting Interlibrary Loan Requests

The Briggs Library uses ILLiad interlibrary loan software to process and manage your interlibrary loan requests. New ILLiad users must set up their own personal ILLiad accounts before logging in to request loans or copies through the Briggs Library Interlibrary Loan service.

To create an ILLiad account, click below and select “First Time Users.”
