Minnesota Population Center

IPUMS-CPS provides integrated data and documentation from the March Current Population Survey (CPS) from 1962 to 2006.

 

IPUMS International-census microdata samples from 1960 to the present. At this time, the series includes eighty samples drawn from twenty-six countries- more scheduled for the future.

 

IPUMS-USA  integrated series of representative samples drawn from the U.S. censuses of the period from 1850 to 2000. IPUMS-USA also includes American Community Survey (ACS) data from 2000 to 2005.
