Circulation/Reserve Desk

The
circulation/reserve desk is to your left as you enter the
building. Here you may check out and return library materials,
initiate a search for materials not found on the shelf (recall),
and place a hold on items that have been checked out. For
specific information about borrowing, fines, and other services
this staff provides, please go to
Circulation Services.
In
addition, the circulation/reserve desk is where selected
materials for courses have been placed to make them available to
students (reserve). For more information on reserve services
available to students and faculty, go to
Reserve Services.

Laser
Printers
At the end of the
lobby next to the Reserve Desk are the black and white laser
printers. All computer workstations in the library are
networked and print directly to these laser printers. Printing
costs 5 cents per page, and requires a student ID or copy card.
Patrons may load money/hobo dough onto their cards using the
loading machine next to the printers. In addition, there is a
change machine located next to the laser printers for your
convenience. The color laser printer is located directly
adjacent to the b/w laser printers. Color printing costs 15
cents per page.

Microcomputer Lab
The Microcomputer Lab is down the narrow hallway next to the
stairwell. The lab offers more than 25 computer workstations,
with network connections and word processing software, as well
as a scanner. Computers in the lab print directly to printers
located in the lab, and do not print to the main library laser
printers.
